9:00 – Departure to Uplistsikhe, a 3000-years-old cave town (it can be windy in autumn, early spring and winter, so please take a scarf, seasonal jacket and comfortable shoes!) 11:00 - Uplistsikhe Tour & Wine Tasting 13:00 – 15:30 - Wine tasting and hearty lunch at a family-run place in the beginning of Ateni Gorge 16:30 - sparkling wine tasting in one of few cellars of Kartli, who are working on sparkling wine tradition revival in the region 17:30 - Departure to Tbilisi (the road takes 1.5 hours) NB: Uplistsikhe can be interesting to children of school age, because of its history and opportunity to run around, however parents should keep an eye on them, because the rocks can be also slippery
